Change of Mind Returns
Proudly Wearing It is happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for change of mind returns, as long as:

The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and tags are still attached
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on:

Underwear and swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order is faulty, wrongly described, doesn’t match the sample, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Proudly Wearing It reserves the right to send the item to our supplier for assessment if required. If you paid with Afterpay or ZipPay, approved refunds will be processed directly to your Afterpay or ZipPay account in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Your Legal Rights
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major fault in accordance with the law.
